I grew up in Townsville and left for Sydney when I was 17 to get Guitar lessons. After a year or so I returned to Townsville to form a band, which we took to Adelaide. We won the battle of the bands at our first gig and did a lot of big support gigs for bands like the Angels, Southern Sons and Johnny Diesel.
